Our beloved Bengals were our first breeding cats. Locally, the Bengal cat is sometimes wrongly maligned as 'wild' and 'unmanageable'. Named after Egyptian gods and goddesses, the Bengals at Soulmates are the most loveable and friendly cats that you could wish to meet. They are affectionate, playful, naughty and extremely entertaining. This is not a cat for someone who wants a quiet reserved pet - they simply ooze with 'purrsonality'!
During 2009 we hope to develop our Snow and Sepia Bengal lines with the help of Sanuk Cattery
'Glitterglam Amun Ra of Soulmates'
Amun Ra is definitely the most powerful of the 'gods' that rule at Soulmates cattery. Imported from the UK, this glittered and rosetted stunner is our primary stud cat ... and he knows it!
'Soulmates Osiris'
Osiris is our 2nd stud cat. Bred at Soulmates cattery, he is a more unusual sepia snow spotted Bengal with stunning green/blue eyes.
'Sanuk Mistique of Soulmates' (Nefertiti)
Nefertiti, the one eyed queen, damaged her one eye thanks to one of her litter mates. This little marbled snow queen is the most delightful and entertaining character and has produced some lovely babies so far.

'Soulmates Sagira'
Cleopatra definitely lives up to her name in attitude. Sister to Osiris and Sara, this sepia snow spotted Bengal carries herself with an air only born of true royalty! Just look at those regal eyes!
'Sara' is our Bengal variant, and a very important member of our breeding circle. Bengal variants come from Bengals, crossed with Burmese cats to strengthen their bloodline, and can still produce full Bengal kittens with excellent markings. With her huge, crystal blue/green eyes and ticked coat, this gorgeous little cat is not only an outstanding mother, but an excellent foster mom too. Variant kittens are also occasionally available.
Sagira is one of our more recent additions. With her name meaning 'little one', she is the daughter of Amun Ra and Isis. Covered in glitter with rosettes already forming, Sagira shows great potential as a future queen.
'Soulmates Nefertari'
Little Nefertari is the daughter of Nefertiti and Osiris. She has a lovely soft glittered coat. Typical of some snow Bengals, she is a little squint but she still shows potential as a future Soulmates Snow queen
